Roles and Responsibilities:
• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing strategies to optimize revenue generation and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry, preferably in upscale dining establishments.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
