Fata Feet Candy Store is looking for a Sales & Distribution Executive/Manager with a confectionery background to join our team. This position is open to Indian/Pakistani nationals who are passionate about sales and have experience in managing distribution channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach.
• Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure efficient distribution operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and new product launches.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market dynamics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in the confectionery industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
