We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at a unique Nordic restaurant located in Abu Dhabi, Mamsha.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting
• Assist in revenue growth by contributing to menu development, promotional strategies, and fostering business relationships
• Maintain and enhance the restaurant’s reputation by creating a strong rapport with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Previous experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business development
• Foreign language proficiency in Russian, Arabic, French, or Italian is a plus
