Position: After Sales Executive - Automobile
Job Description:
• We are looking for a proactive Handover Specialist to manage the entire process from vehicle receipt to customer handover. Responsibilities include:
• Handling customer communication throughout the order to delivery cycle.
• Inspecting vehicles upon arrival, coordinating repairs as necessary.
• Organizing vehicle preparation, including cleaning and accessory setup.
• Assisting customers with insurance and registration queries.
• Conducting informative and celebratory vehicle handover experiences.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant automotive industry experience.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluency in Arabic is a must.
• Salary: AED 5500 per month for own visa holders.
