We are seeking for a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist . This position entails direct customer interactions, exceptional customer service, engaging in sales initiatives, conducting training, and overseeing sales management.
Requirements:
• Responsible for achieving the given target for the assigned region (including lead generation).
• Assist the Regional Manager to achieve business goals.
• Develop new clients and maintain healthy relations with existing clients.
• Keep oneself abreast of the competitor’s and market trends, forecast market needs to bolster the company’s growth.
• Build and maintain strong relations with the clients and proactively assess their needs to meet the expectations.
• Collaborate with teams and technical expertise teams and assist in developing marketing and communication tools for development and introduction of new products, programs and solutions
Qualifcations:
• Proficient in communication and customer service
• Background in Construction/heavy machinery sales
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Experience:
• 2 years in Sales and Marketing field
• Experience related to construction and automobile field
• UAE experience is mandatory
