Position: Chiller Technician
Job Description: Al Benaa Al Shamel Facilities Management LLC is seeking a skilled Chiller Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of chiller systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on chiller systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in chiller units.
• Conduct system performance tests and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chiller Technician.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly chiller units.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
