Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard potential companies onto the platform.
• Engage with companies to highlight platform benefits and address queries.
• Support onboarded companies throughout their journey.
• Monitor company success and satisfaction, implementing improvements.
• Assist customers in navigating the platform and optimizing deals.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams for feedback and enhancements.
• Continuously improve onboarding and customer success processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales or any relevant field.
Requirements:
• Experience of 1-2 years in shipping industry.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
