Hiring Estimator/ Junior Estimator- Interiors Fitout
Location: UAE Dubai
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing MEP, CIVIL, and Joinery aspects of interior fitout projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate estimates for projects, considering labor, materials, and overhead costs.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Analyze blueprints and technical documents to assess project costs.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office for documentation and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and project schedules.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in estimating for interiors fitout projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements:
• Candidates who are in UAE and should be able to join immediately.
