We are looking for an Assistant Purchasing Manager to support our day-to-day procurement needs across multiple venues. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Venue Managers to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Collaborating with operations teams to understand purchasing needs
• Sourcing suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery terms
• Managing purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor communications
• Monitoring inventory levels and forecasting future needs
• Maintaining records and ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–4 years of purchasing/procurement experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in purchasing/ERP systems
• Experience in hospitality, events, or F&B;is a plus
