Paragon is expanding its presence in Dubai and seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to lead daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in operations management in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on Security and Cleaning Services.
• Streamline processes, optimize resources, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams effectively.
• Make informed decisions, solve problems efficiently, and communicate clearly across teams.
• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
