Client: Leading electromechanical trading company
The A/C Division Manager Leads the achievement of sales goals for Project Sales, Showrooms (Direct), Retail Dealers (Indirect) Channels and Export Sales managing a team of 4, reporting into the CEO.
The role is responsible to turn the companies corporate strategy into successful customer experience. Includes developing and building a strong team of sales staff to execute innovative and effective tactics and plans that directly support the business strategies, using robust processes and tools to ensure achievement of defined goals. Establishes effective alignments with sales, marketing and functional management, within UAE and other Divisions and manages these to ensure optimisation of revenue, profitability and effective realisation of the Customer Experience strategy.
Leads the Sales Team in the achievement of
revenue and profitability goals, ensuring the teams systematically monitor/measure sales and take
pro-active measures to retain good business. Initiates and plans the business review process for
the region to adjust goals, determine pricing programmes.
Ensures achievement of planned growth (revenue) by implementing effective structures, processes and tools to attract and grow a high performing Sales Team. Manages overall performance of A/C business by driving the growth of of the Brands across the different sales channels.
Contributes to the business planning process by providing accurate and sound advice on market potential, commercial and economic factors, competitor activity.
In Charge of managing a team of Managers and
equipping them to hire and train Sales staff that can deliver the best possible customer experience. Provides leadership and direction by building an effective team who share the correct understanding of the business goals, priorities, ethics and risks. Conducts regular meetings to discuss day-to-day operation, upcoming events, promotions, and training. Gains their commitment to the achievement of required results.
Sets realistic and stretching performance expectations for self and others. Regularly reviews progress and acts to ensure optimal results for the business. Takes ownership of goals & aligns efforts to ensure the overall business goals are met. Monitors & measures progress and takes prompt actions/gives relevant feedback to ensure results are fully realised.
المهارات
BS or BA degree. MBA preferred.
At least 12-15 years’ sales experience
Strong knowledge of residential A/C equipment
Demonstrated financial results in Sales and successful management experience.
Good financial acumen strong qualitative and quantitative analysis (P&L;, Cash flow modelling).
Significant business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience.
Excellent negotiation and customer management skills.
Excellent English, Arabic preferred but not a must.
Knowledge of sales programs, campaigns, retail merchandising, brand presentation and
business practices required.
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
Strong management, Presentation. human relations and communications skills.
IT Skills: MS Office: Intermediate – Advanced (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Sales CRM
