JOB SUMMARY
To sell the company’s products and services to new and existing customers by meeting the set targets and identifying new markets and business opportunities through contractors, consultants etc
SALES TARGET PLANNING AND EXECUTION
Do Market analysis to find out projects, Distinguish the requirement of product category and plan a time frame to execute it.
The implementation process starts based on the above criteria to achieve sales targets set by the management as per business needs.
Provide samples along with supporting tools (Catalogue, Pre Qualification etc.,) to get convinced from client or consultant approval.
Aggressive follow up to close the sale.
Day to day process to renew/build the relationship with existing customer & also to recover lapsed customer.
BUSINESS EXPANSION
Identify new opportunities to expand the business goal
Focus full effort to introduce new potential customer on a daily basis.
Help the management to understand the advantages/disadvantages relate to competitors sales policies.
Understanding the competitors present, past, future strategies.
Analyzing the competitors pricing structure to strategize our sales promotion.
QUOTING CUSTOMERS
Quote, our best prices based the enquiry received on a day to day basis.
Define the pricing, payment terms, delivery schedule and validity.
MATERIALS DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
Coordinate with Dispatch people to engage the Transport resources based on the orders received.
Identify the priority level of deliveries and be informed to Dispatch Co-coordinator on an hourly basis.
PAYMENT FOLLOW-UP
Daily Correspondence through mail & phone to collect payment.
Visit their office premises to collect our payment on a day to day basis.
Fore cast sales collection amount on monthly basis & report to management.
A payment reminder will be sent on a weekly basis to the entire customer having debts with us.
MIS REPORT & SUPPORT TO OTHER TEAM MEMBERS
Prepares and generate Sales report as required. Besides, you are required to support the other team members to achieve their goals in a proactive manner if they need.
المهارات
Academic Qualification: Degree in any discipline
5+ years experience in sales of concrete blocks, interlock tiles, kerbstones and/or construction/building materials.
With good networking and negotiation skills
Good organizational skills
Knowledge of UAE contracting business
Good knowledge of computers: MS Office and internet
Proficient in the English language
With valid UAE driving license
