Job brief
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Performance management Executive - (HR) to join our team and capture your opportunity to grow.
Responsibilities includes but not limiting to:
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees to the company
Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions.
Design and review policies related to employee performance and support on training and development initiatives
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Undertake any other tasks related to Talent acquisition/ Recruitment and performance management

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar field
Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based etc)
Experience in managing performance appraisals and career planning processes
Previous experience working related to KPIs
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
MBA/BBA in Business administration or relevant field
Additional HR training will be a plus
