- Act as first point of contact with the customer for open cases
- Perform detailed case analysis by gathering logs, screenshots, and try to reproduce the problem
- Provide the customer with known workarounds and resolutions
- Install and activate Globitel products inside and outside Jordan
- To assist in installing patches/fixes through VPN connections and update the Site Map Document
- Performing acceptance test procedures for the newly installed platforms
Qualifications:
- Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Fresh graduates to 2 years of experience
- Very good English skills
