JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager who has excellent people leadership skills with a great strategic background that promotes growth and increased profitability.
Working as the Company’s General Manager you will be accountable for delivering strategic decisions, budgeting, the formation of business plans, process reviews, efficiency savings and improvements, financial planning, supplier negotiation, team management and leadership.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Senior management experience.
• Previous experience developing strategies, business plans and organisational policies
• Knowledge of budgets / resources / funding / audit and an understanding of financial management procedures
• Experience of people management

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience of organisational experience at a senior management level
• Solid educational background, ideally degree level.
• Computer literacy in dealing with standard MS Office packages, including spreadsheets, finance packages and an understanding of MRP, ERP and project management systems
