الوصف الوظيفي Endeavor to develop and succeed in maintaining appropriate company image that strives towards excellence in satisfying customers Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Technical: Receive and check-in passengers and baggage at the check-in counter or transfer desk Checks and verify passenger passport, visa, health certificates and other documentation for their validity and authenticity Ensure smooth and speedy clearance of the check-in process and adherence to deadlines Ensure adherence to airline and company policies on passenger profile, UM (unaccompanied minor) passengers, checked and cabin baggage acceptance, excess baggage and boarding pass issue Ensure availability and security of airline stationery at counter Perform boarding gate activities including boarding preparation, boarding control, and relevant safety and security matters as per the relevant policies and procedures Ensure timely reporting of information related to passenger cancellation at immigration to concerned airlines and superior Ensure issues related to passenger, baggage or other related discrepancies detected during the boarding process are resolved before flight departure Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate superior المهارات Diploma 2- 3 years of similar experience Communication skills Planning and Organizing skills Team work and interpersonal skills Basic Computer skills and knowledge of related job applications Language Skills: Knowledge of oral and written English Safety focus and Customer service skills Knowledge of airline and local policies & procedures for traffic services, security, and immigration تفاصيل الوظيفة |
