General Summery
To implement recruitment & selection process and responsible for coordinating all the hiring activities with the objective of attracting & identifying competent candidates, internally and externally to fill the positions requested by concerned dept. / group companies.
Duties & Responsibilties
• Actively involved in the implementation of recruitment polices & procedures participate in manpower planning and monitor process efficiency in order to achieve related objectives timely.
• Execute external (overseas or local) and internal recruitment process for all open positions.
• Responsible for posting jobs, sourcing & screening CVs, shortlist & interview to select a most suitable candidates matching the job criteria & business needs.
• Build strong CVs database to refer back for vacant position in organized, professional & accessible manners.
• Follow up with hiring depts. on shortlisted CVs and interviewed/selected candidates through feedback reports on a weekly basis.
• Conduct reference check for selected/offered candidates as per the policy.
• Handle entire internal employment & transfer process.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct in the orientation presentation.
• Analyze the turnover % comparing with past period to current in order to determine needful action with direct manager.
• Regularly check & track company portal website and other job portals with respect to vacancies, job postings & applicants and update direct manager for further process.
• Prepare & maintain various reports related to recruitment process such as selections, offers, joining, hiring & turnover etc. on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Assigning assessment tools and conducting Psychometric & practical assessments for particular positions to facilitate the selection process & accuracy.
• Participate and prepare for Career fairs and other recruitment related activities.
• Dealing with manpower and recruitment agencies and other concerned external parties
• Responsible for exit interview and analysis related to.

Qualification & Skills
• Graduate Degree with 5+ years of experience in recruitment preferably in construction field
• Strong knowledge of local job market and abroad as well
• Strong MS Office skills including presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.(English & Arabic)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
