As a startup in the educational sector, the work will be challenging and rewarding to bring new and exciting products to the Arab region. We need dedicated and committed talent to help us bring Arabic educational content to world-class levels. All this requires advanced technology, and this is where you come in!
This is an entry-level position, where an experience of 1-5 years is appropriate.
This position will entail several technical responsibilities, including:
• Administration of platforms and servers utilized in the offices
• Administration of authoring tools and systems used within the company for educational products
• Troubleshooting and fixing of any technical issues in the end-user products
• Testing and validation of educational content authoring techniques and outputs authored by the company’s typewriters
• Learning and utilizing new tools necessary for the improvement of the educational content and products produced by the company
• Supporting the head of technology in company projects, product development, and improvement initiatives

Candidate Must Have:
Eye for Detail
Dedication and Commitment
Passion for challenge, and thinking out of the box should come naturally
Good communication skills
Team-player
Advanced English language is necessary (written/spoken)
Arabic knowledge (written and spoken) is highly desired, but not a must
Highly Competent in:
Web platforms, CMS, applications
Microsoft Office 2016/365
Testing of technical functionality against a functional acceptance list
Below skills are a plus:
HTML, Adobe Photoshop, basic image manipulation
SQL
Website administration (Basic), including using and administration of Web Content Management Systems
Previous experience in technical projects within a team
