Job Responsibilities: Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts.
Assist in maintaining accurate, contemporary and innovative ideas for visual imagery by researching and evaluating designs used in websites, magazines and other visual sources in order to ensure availability of pioneering visual imagery within Mohamad Naser Al-Hajery & Sons.
Create computer generated and computer modified images to different standards of resolution, to provide end product for placement according to needs.
Study illustrations and photographs to plan the presentation of materials, products, or services.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, in line with set standards and deadlines.
Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type, take corrective action if the same is rejected by Direct Management.
Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing, in order to ensure layouts are accordance to design concepts.
Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
Conceptualize visual designs for different purposes (e.g. promotion, branding, signage, education and research and present concept designs and sketches for the Direct Manager for approval.
Contribute to design of logos, page layouts, website design, book covers, CD/DVD covers, posters and other promotional/marketing materials in order to ensure alignment of the same with the corporate identity.
Prepare documents including correspondences, reports, drafts, memos, and e-mails to ascertain the smooth flow of the process.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.
Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash (CS5 Suite), and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with video production/animation software a plus.
