• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure correct Truck planning requests are passed to Transportation Planner for arranging trucks on time
• To ensure material is stored and handled as per KIMMCO storage and material handling procedures
• To ensure No damaged material is loaded into the Trucks or Containers
• To optimize/Maximize the loading quantity in a Truck and Container
• To ensure Truck turn around time is below 2 Hours/Truck
• To Coordinate with CSD and Shared Services for loading and dispatching material from the warehouse
• To ensure all loading is carried out with proper safety procedures
• Managing the Finished Goods Warehouse Operations having variety of SKU’s
• Planning day-to-day dispatch of orders to achieve monthly sales targets
• Ensuring availability of Trailers and Containers for dispatch of finished goods
• Inventory Management – Arrangement of finished goods stocks according to the different dimensions and sizes in pallets at its designated areas with proper labels
• Ensure the excess stock / Nonmoving material is stored on designated place and location of stock
• And quantity is recorded
• Ensure the excess stock / Nonmoving material is reduced against new sales orders for the same product
• Report excess/short production against orders to Production and CSD
• To communicate with Supply Chain Manager for all the issues related to E H&S;• To Coordinate with CSD for shipping out material as planned and to achieve on time delivery of 97%
• Reduction of Customer complaints to 2 per month and Analyze the reasons for the complaints so as to avoid the repeated complaints
• To close All Non Technical Claims by coordinating with CSD within 7 Days
• Identify areas of improvement in warehouse operation
• To maximize SAP Utilization within the Department
