Ice Cream Production Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Should be a dynamic person with Management, Leadership and planning qualities.  Must be an Expert in troubleshooting.  Familiar with business and operational objectives to meet company strategies especially in the field of Ice-Cream Industry.

Must be familiar with:

· Utilities, Machineries (Freezmat, Air compressor etc.)

· All types of Filling Machine (Stick Line, Cups, Cone, Calippo, Family size etc.)

· Capable of presenting operational budget and forecast as well as managing day to day activities.

المهارات
10 + years of food production management experience

• Bachelor’s degree required or combination of some education and required experience

• Read, write and speak English

• Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred, but not required

• HACCP Certification is a plus

• Strong communication skills

• Prefer Manufacturing Engineer familiar with all types of utilities and processing for all types of Ice Cream.

• Should have the capability of improving quality of product and have initiative in introducing new Ice-Cream products of different varieties.
