Specialized in the field of Steel doors, Wood doors, Glass doors, Ironmongery, overhead rolling doors, sectional doors and metal fabrication works.
Project Engineer - Job entitles to the execution of the projects in the contracted scope of works till work completion. This includes approving the materials to the Client requirement, the product procurement, installation of procured materials and handing over our scope of project to the owner.
Technical submittals for submission to consultants and clients according to required project standards.
Maintaining log files for all the revision and approved drawings.
To review the Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings.
To obtain the sample approvals of steel & wood doors, hardware and all other related products.
Monitoring and controlling of expenses related to project work and ensure forecasts and budgets are met.
Preparation and update of the Project Schedule, Manpower Schedule, Material Log, and Job Budget.
To obtain all the required data for production order of the doors and metal works.
Material approval for delivered items.
Analyzing and resolving field problems.
Revising/coordinating of shop drawings with respect to other services whenever the changes occur according to the site conditions.
Check-listing of the installed products at the various stages.
Maintaining proper documented communication with contractor to ensure our rights.
المهارات
Visa Status: Transferable.
Holding Valid Kuwait Driving License.
Kuwait Society of Engineers Member.
Computer literate in all respects to match with current business trends / needs of an organization.
