Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to customer/ employees issues
Make Questions , Understand Technical Reports , follow up with clients needs
Tracking, routing and redirecting problems to correct resources
Update customer data and produce activity reports
Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
Monitors or reviews calls or other correspondence between representatives and customers.
Ensures that representatives are informed about changes to company products and services.
Make Questions , Understand Technical Reports , follow up with clients needs
Monitor payment , Handle Petty Cash activities and work towards customer and clients’ satisfactions
understand the process of creating job cards , solving issues and understanding client and organization needs
Collects data and prepares reports on customer complaints and inquiries.
Prepares monthly reports summarizing the assigned customer service teams performance.
Prepares knowledge-based documents such as summaries and responses to frequently asked questions.
Identifies opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and makes recommendations
Assists with budget preparation for the Customer Service department.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
المهارات
Excellent Communication Skills in speaking and writing
4 Years experience as technical support officer in automotive or similar industry
experience in quality management
Superiors skills in MS Office
Knowledge in Oracel ERP systems is a plus
Experience in dealership is a plus
Analysis and passion to learn is a key skill for this position
