الوصف الوظيفي The Work - Setup operational manuals and ensure its implementation. - Manage the play area store team on daily basis. - Manage the POS, CRM and customer relations. - Implements sales mix and develop new sales techniques. - Make sure of executing the annual plan with adaptability to seasons. - Daily POS cash closing and processing (Banks, Reporting, Accounting) - General procurement for operational material. - Deliver training for each team member when hired on POS and operational aspects of the play area components. - Maintain a pristine condition of store at all time. - Supervise hygiene standards for the team and play area. - Engage with clients through CRM with customer information. - Prepare & Deliver presentations to educational institutions and other corps. - Supervise and maintaining active social media accounts. - Conduct tours to all visitors. - Assure compliance with admission regulations. - Make sure of implementing COVID-19 regulations on all children. - Explain Children release Process to family or guardian. - Fills the gap of any missing staff when needed. المهارات - Full time job - Presentable and personally hygienic at all times - Bilingual is an advantage. - POS & CRM experience is a must.
