We are looking for an experienced maintenance manager with a strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Grow an existing team and build their skill sets
Track and manage KPIs of teams and individuals
Assess team members periodically and take appropriate action
Manage inventory and forecast future material needs
Approach suppliers, get quotation and buy materials
Conduct pricing analysis on services and materials
Build and train a team for VRV/VRF systems (must have strong knowledge of VRF systems)
Able to recruit technicians for AC, Electrical, Appliances and Plumbing.

Preferred Qualification:
Prior technical background and experience
Leadership and management skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Analytical skills is a plus
