Duties & Responsibilities
administrative and clerical support to department or individual
Preparing reports using spreadsheet as required along with other reports.
Answering incoming calls, taking massages and redirecting calls as required
Attend meeting and take meeting minutes
Schedule appointments and meetings and book meeting room and facilities.
Preparing memos, letters and reports using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Ordering office supplies as required.
Maintaining all necessary records to ensure that the office is well maintained.
Scheduling conference calls, video conference sessions and meetings.
· Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
المهارات
Experience in MS office.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.
Teamwork: Able to work well with others in order to get the job done.
Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job.
