Job Purpose
The Social Media Executive oversees the company’s social media campaigns and plays a key part in communicating the brand messages. Works within the Marketing & PR Department and implements social media posts. Involved in key decisions regarding the tone and language of the brand and community management. Works with other internal departments and external parties to set the overall tone of the designated brands and communicate effectively.
Key Accountabilities
Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
Respond directly to customers through social media platforms in a timely manner.
Monitor track and evaluate the effectiveness of all social media activities.
Relay any complaints, comments or concerns to relevant departments.
Assist in planning, developing and delivering campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Research and analyze social media trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects social media strategies and product offerings.
Use research findings and analysis to provide reports.
Identify areas for improvement in promotional activities.
implement the department’s company policies and procedures.
Attend meetings with the other internal departments and understand the social media objectives.
Organize and attend events, press conferences, open days and exhibitions for the promotion of products and capture potential new markets.
Network and meet with related parties to know about the latest trends in the market.
Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
Seek opportunities for partnerships with influencers.
Any other tasks required by Direct Manager.

Job Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing or Finance.
Experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar community management role.
Knowledge:
• Strong and confident communicator.
• Excellent copywriting skills and experience.
• Design skills including graphics and web design preferred.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to negotiate with the influencer.
• Expert marketing skills and ability to implement new and innovative marketing strategies.
• Good presentation skills and sound mathematical and statistical skills.
• Self-motivated with strong leadership and team player skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
