Training Operation from end to end. Define training needs, SOPs, Implementing process-flow, and all training metrics across all CS functions.
Developing training programs, and implementing training policies and procedures for CS.
Produce organizational strategy and plans to meet training and development needs, and manage training delivery, measurement and follow ups as necessary. Liaise with other functional/departments.
Build and create training process and SLAs and adhere to it for better support to business and strategic business units Training Operation end to end.
Generate reports, and records (Workload, Audit, Etc.). Monitor measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed format formats and timescale. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance as required.
Lead, direct, evaluate, and develops a team of training professionals to ensure that the organization`s training and development strategy is implemented effectively.
Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
Devise and review specifications for products or processes.
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
Approve the right products or reject defectives
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
المهارات
Proven work experience as a training and quality manager, or assistant manager
Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
Good computer and database skills
Proficient in MS Office
In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
