Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufacturer recommendation, i.e., valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrications etc.
Inform to foreman if find any abnormality.
Basic awareness of equipment management controls.
Awareness of cooling tower operations and repair potential problems.
Must be able to service, repair and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, chillers, etc.
Capable of solving problems individually.
Undertake a daily routine involving the physical checking of the property heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning units.
Undertake a weekly routine by checking the operational load on each component of the equipment such as the compressor and fan motor to identify any abnormality.
Carry out preventive maintenance on all heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning equipment
المهارات
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance works
Must have working knowledge of DX units
Technical study (I.T.I / Diploma) in relevant field
Preferred experience in Malls, Hospitals, Real Estate industries
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
Able to work indoor & outdoor
Work Schedule: 6 days a week in 8-hour rotational shifts
Good Communication Skills; preferably bilingual (English is mandatory)
Basic computer skills
Good Team player
Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.
