Searching for and adapting recruitment best practice and recommending implementation of activities that best fit the company.
Arranging for job advertisements for employment opportunities.
Screening job applicants based on manpower requirements, job descriptions and specifications
Conduct first interviews for shortlisted candidates
Evaluating applicant qualifications, applicant experience, education, training, and skills.
Developing and determining sources - local and international - for recruitment to meet the company needs.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
Maintaining and reviewing contracts with recruitment agencies in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Preparing employment offers and required documentation to new hires in accordance with the company’s procedures.
Managing and maintaining a Recruitment Tracking System to provide up-to-date information at all times.
