Salary:300 KD
Call Center Agent will be responsible to handle a high volume of inbound customer calls to service them with quality, explain products and services, troubleshoot service equipment issues.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
Facilitate, solve, interact and provide a high level of customer service that would exceed customer expectations.
Evaluate customer concerns and resolve problems towards customer satisfaction.
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Secure customer satisfaction in every interaction in a professional manner.
Own and manage the customer relationship, resolving calls in an efficient and timely manner.
Fulfill individual and team-based performance parameters (KPIs).
Full utilization of all system functionalities.
Contribute to continuous maintenance and optimization of processes and procedures.
Additional Duties, Responsibilities
Recommend related improvement processes and methods.
Report own vacations and sick leaves according to the procedure.
Carry out other tasks and assignments that are deemed within the employee competency.
Ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude.
Readiness to report to duty 30 minutes prior to the predefined duty schedules.
Readiness to attend the duty at short calls if called for overtime when necessary during sudden workload and special occasions or on holidays.
Achievement of the desired Service Level in all transactions, which is measured through the monthly KPI scorecard.
