Implement a successful end-to-end recruitment cycle covering all crucial aspects of the profile requirements and company culture.
Understand the role of each profile in the organization and create clear job description.
Post jobs on appropriate job board.
Responsible for screening candidates, shortlisting suitable candidates, conduct and setting up interviews
Prepare the offer letters, following up on the acceptance and joining dates.
Document collection for Onboarding candidates
Maintain and update Employment/Recruitment Tracker
Create and maintain a database of resumes and job applications
Build a strong network of resources on LinkedIn and other platforms

Requirement:
Minimum 1-2 yrs experience as a Recruiter in Kuwait
Degree/Masters in Human Resource Management
End to end recruitment cycle.
Excellent communication skills
Time management skills
Transferable Visa
