Reporting to the ‘Wholesale Supervisor/ Head of Wholesale’, the wholesale Salesman will look for opportunities to build options for sales and generate revenue for the Company by improving B2B & B2C sales. They will look to achieve monthly sales targets by building profitable sales to new and existing customers. contacting them explain product features, answer any questions that their customers may have and negotiate prices.
Recommends products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests.
Checks stock levels and reorder Sales Order as necessary.
Consults with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Negotiates with Wholesalers to improve product exposure such as shelf positioning and advertising.
Obtains credit information about prospective customers.
Answers customers’ questions about products, prices, and availability and credit terms.
Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Prepares sales order, Arranges delivery of the goods.
Arranges for drawings and estimates for non-standard Factory Materials.
Provides customers with product samples and catalogs.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitor’s products, prices, and sales.
Coordinate, oversee and deliver an annual Wholesale Sales operating plan.
Responsible for assessing the staff in addition to the sales responsibility.
Assess the business and develop Wholesale business plans that support corporate initiatives and track the results.
Ensures individual productivity and sales results are recorded daily.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.
Identify new Wholesale Opportunities.
Ensure Senior Management is fully informed of Wholesale’s operational achievements.
Monitor Monthly Sales reports to compare results against Quarterly targets
Generates ideas about future wholesale activities and maintains up to date knowledge of the market, competitors and trends
المهارات
High school/ Diploma/ Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Similar courses in the relevant field will also be considered.
Bi-lingual is preferred (Arabic / English)
Ability to grasp on-the-job training
Ability to commute seamlessly around, through tough weather conditions
Effective Customer service skill
To be able to make simple calculations such as interests, discounts, percentages and proportions
Confident; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with proven ability to deliver the best results.
