The Field Sales Supervisor is responsible for an assigned territory to achieve volume target, distribution, visibility, and coverage of all outlets. As a leader, the FSS will train, motivate, and control the Sales Force Team and is responsible for maximizing team effectiveness, controlling, and developing the territory.
The achievement of his territory sales volumes and targets by Brand/SKU/Category
The achievement of availability and visibility of the core range (Numeric Distribution)
Developing Department KPI’s and the performance of those KPI’s
Ensure collection is made in line with Company set payment terms and policies.
