Receiving all communications related to customer requests and complaints, and recording them on the computer, indicating the contract number, its location, the nature of the problem, the hour of receiving the request.....etc. 3. Main Contributor in Demand & Revenue Creation by making continuous pressure on customers to finish the works as quick as possible. 4. The initiative to distribute requests to engineers and Foremen, each according to his specialization and region, and follow up on these requests and complaints until their completion. 5. Enter the data and information of the executed requests on the computer. 6. Supervising data entry personnel and ensuring their good work. 7. Daily Meeting with Engineers & Foremen to review any outstanding or recurring requests. 8. Constant contact with technicians and Foremen, and communication with them, so that he is constantly aware of their locations & their Work Progress. 9. Communicate with the Foremen and engineers in providing daily reports on the performance of technicians, their response to work orders, and their speed of movement and implementation. 10. Follow up the project Commissioning Process until the transfer of contract to the custody of Maintenance department. By giving Commissioning dates, entering Units data , and issuing Warranties to customers. المهارات 2. High ability to self-control and deal with customers. 3. Fluent in the use of computers, especially Microsoft programs. 4.
