The Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) and Public Relations (PR) officer plays an important roles in developing CSR activities according to the organization strategy- it is a continuous growing to become a more sustainable and socially responsible organization.
Job Description:
-Managing and developing the CSR programs within the organization by using internal communication to enhance the company’s social responsibility policies
- improving the awareness of CSR activities of the company externally and internally
-Coordinating with Global marketing, PR, advertising, media and international marketing teams to promote the corporate image of the organization among the general public
- Building strong positive engagement with our products- inside and outside the organization
-Cooperating with the marketing teams on company branding strategies to create new market and revues
المهارات
- Experience: 3 years of working experience in the field of CSR;
-Language proficiency: good at speaking Kuwaiti language, very Command of English and Arabic, verbal & written;
-Professional qualification/training: communication/public relation, marketing;
-Proven track record marketing programs to different audience types, and creating the narratives and support activations;
-Exceptional communication: the ability to build and develop internal and external relationships;
-Big thinker: ability to solve problems, planning, organizing, identify/understand societal trends/challenges and relate them to the company’s business;
-Computer proficiency: Word, Excel, Power Point;
