POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Private Market Officer is responsible to strengthen, increase and improve the current and potential market strategy of the with particular emphasis on the development of the regional trade region, he will also actively develop new and diverse spectators and promote the sales marketing campaign, liaise with other commercial, creative and cultural organizations with the potential for partnership working and encourage the inauguration of new and innovative initiatives and opportunities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Assist in running the private market campaign campaigns in order to engage, retain and develop in accordance within the Pharmaceutical, Medical & Business Development Marketing strategy.
2. Assisting to use database and analysis facilities to produce results and analysis of private marketing campaigns.
3. Assisting work and develop relationships with internal and external organization and suppliers for delivery of key activities and campaigns.
4. Maintain complete confidentially of the company business.
5. Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that communications develop and strengthen the sales products and services of Pharma Division.
6. Assist to develop a range of ambitious, innovative and high profile events and initiatives aimed at developing opportunities for company to present and sell work within the region.
7. Assist development research, evaluation and information relating to the region market development programme and make recommendations for future delivery.
8. Ensure that the company’s market development activities are relevant and effective through contact with regional partners/ principals and sector professionals.
9. Assist the research and identify potential sponsorship opportunities and specific funding partnerships in coordination with the Sales Teams; works coordinated with the Sales team to ensure sponsorship/funding obligations are met.
10. Promote diversity in all market development activities, access and equal opportunities.
11. Oversee the handling of special items, such as medical equipments.
12. Coordinates and interface between logistics function to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective support to the customer.
13. Troubleshoot problem areas in logistic and coordinates problem resolution or recommends solution to management
14. Undertake any other duties and as required which may be allocated by the direct manager.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Education :Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably with Knowledge with modern and local consumer market.
Minimum Experience :5 years experience in the same field or related to the area of assignment or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience and experience of developing constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills:
Good oral & written communication skills, to communicate clearly, effectively and with wide range of people; To produce clear, concise, reports to a variety of different people; To work concurrently on multiple projects agreed time scales; Excellent attention to details and time management skills with extensive understanding of how to achieve results in the given environment; facilitation and consensus-building skills; ability to work with all types of individuals in multiple settings and locations and to promote diversity in the workplace. Must be able to prioritize and work effectively in a constantly changing environment.
