MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To execute the vision of the Project Management Office (PMO) program and process for providing services to the organisation’s portfolio of projects including guidelines, planning, scheduling, estimating costing, risk assessment, knowledge management and ensuring compliance with company strategy, timeline and budgets and consistency of processes across co. projects.
JOB OBJECTIVES
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the PMO strategy and plans in order to ensure alliance with the company’s business line needs and objectives.
Identify and create a master plan for all company strategic projects to align Co. technical and commercial projects with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Ensure timely delivery and application of standard project management methodologies, to ascertain a professional, best-practices-based and consistent approach is taken in implementing projects across the company.
Monitor day to day project status and updates for the PMO assigned projects to ensure adherence to the agreed upon project scope and approach.
Liaise with co. sectors and departments to effectively respond to PMO requests and any internal queries in order to ensure smooth processing of all project management transactions.
Ensure there are sufficient numbers of project managers and other resources available for running and managing projects to satisfy delivery requirements to the business.
Provide guidance to project managers and team members during the life cycle of the project to ensure complete compliance with adopted technologies, standards and best practices.
Consolidate reports – templates to track schedules, costing and scope provided by PMO for each of the projects in the company.
Ensure all deliverables and outcomes are in line with agreed-upon objectives.
Perform other tasks and duties assigned by upper management.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Microsoft Office Suite (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).
· Ability to work under pressure and deliver.
· Team work aptitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Solid understanding of business products and services in the mobile telecommunications space
· Fluency in languages - Arabic and English
· Project management skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
Minimum Experience:
3 years of relevant experience
