- Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.
- Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Design and implement effective training and development plans.
- Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status.
- Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
- Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
- Interviewing applicants
- Administering pre-employment tests
- Assisting with completing background investigations
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Conducting training sessions
- Administering on-the-job training programs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Performing job evaluations and job analyses
- Resolve any grievances
- Preparing government reports as to remain in compliance
- Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
- Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
- Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organization Development/Psychology, or related field.
- Previous experience with Architectural/Design background is a plus factor
- 5+ years of experience of Human Resources leadership; creative industry experience preferred
- Experience with a culturally diverse workforce preferred
- Experience with HR strategy development and execution of initiatives
- Ability to directly engage with and articulate information to employees, management, owners, and outside parties
- Knowledge of employment law in and multiple HR functional disciplines
- HR process development and implementation experience
- Ability to perform and reach desired results
- Self-lead and ambitious
- Proficient in Arabic and English (reading and writing)
