Answering calls of customers in a professional manner; for their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible suggestions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying their order and delivery address, as needed.
Building lasting relationships with customers
Utilizing software, databases, telephone speech and tools appropriately.
Making food recommendations for products or services that may better suit customers’ needs.
Updating customer profile or account information in the system, as needed.
Keep informed himself / herself with ongoing food promotion or scheme.
Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
المهارات
High School Graduate or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in the Hotel/Restaurant industry
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position at a reputable comparable restaurant
Qualifications:
1. Be able to communicate and understand English and Arabic
2. Must be people-oriented and have genuine interest in pleasing our guests
3. Must be able to work under pressure and demonstrate problem solving skills
4. Must be have a flexible schedule and is willing to work on weekends and holidays
