Taiba Hospital has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic team!
This position is well suited for an individual that is looking to advance their career in customer service and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and fast-paced workplace. This exciting position offers individuals the opportunity to progress into a higher role in the future.
Examples of some of the responsibilities you will be required to do are the following:
Input patient details for registration/admission in the electronic record system
Verify insurance benefits and explain financial requirements to the patient
Conduct phone calls regarding appointment times, billing issues, appointment cancellations and all related kinds of concerns
Provide patients with standard information regarding their personal preparation for scheduled procedures
Experience
1-3 years of experience in customer service is preferred
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
المهارات
The ability to communicate in both English and Arabic (speaking and writing)
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
The ability to work well under pressure and resolve issues
A quick learner who is eager to absorb knowledge
