Medical Sales Rep
Responsibilities:
Arranges appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments.
Increases sales and market share of Eva Pharma Products (according to the Line) through effective territory management and sales execution.
Follows up with various pharmaceutical sales channels.
Develops and implements plans (e.g., territory, account and call) that include goals, action plans, time frames and resources.
Establishes strong relationships with a broad base of health care constituents (e.g. physicians, private hospitals, pharmacies, teaching hospitals, targeted community hospitals, and community offices, etc.) through one-on-one sales presentations, group discussions and medical meeting exhibits.
Develops and implements creative strategies in key accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Maintains daily a sound reporting system to ensure the optimum communication of all information concerning physicians, hospitals and pharmacies to his/her District Manager.
Manages allocated resources (samples, promotional and educational materials) to maximize return within regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Monitoring competitor activity and competitors’ products.
As assigned, make calls on retail pharmacies and other special customers.
Keeps detailed records of all contacts, which may involve database management
Regularly attends company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
Adheres to all corporate compliance policies and guidelines.
Sales Rep
Responsibilities:
Handle capital equipment inquires and tender.
Liase with the clients for clarification with regards to inquiries.
Liase with Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, Technical Service Engineer or Operations
Manager for technical assistance and pricing strategies.
Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and proforma invoices.
Proactive coordination between Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts department to get the updates on availability and lead time, delivery updates and payment issues.
To maintain good relationships with the customers.
To maintain an efficient working environment.
Prepare accurate forecast and month end reports for generated sales and proposals submitted.
Maintain files of all quotations, customers and sales.
Carry out the duties as delegated from time to time

Medical Sales Rep
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
2 years of experience in the same field.
Driving license is a must
Transferable visa.
Attention to Details.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to prepare statistics.
Developed selling skills and persuasive abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under stress.
Self-motivated, hardworking, and fast learner.
Able to adjust priorities & manage time.
Sales Rep
Qualifications:
Numeracy and Literacy: A good standard of numeracy is required to ensure accuracy of quotations.
Driving license is a must
Sales Knowledge: Sales experience. Internal telesales experience in a business to business environment.
Communication: Formal training and experience in executing sales procedures on the phone.
Other Skills and Knowledge: Customer Service Skills
Personal Qualities: Enthusiastic, hardworking, well organized and able to prioritize. Able to meet deadlines, self-starter. Able to work with others and willing to contribute to team.
IT Skills: Experience of windows based PC applications using word and excel.
Knowledgeable on Sales force (CRM) and E-Commerce would be an advantage.
