الوصف الوظيفي Strategic Management To contribute to the strategic management of Crafters by developing and maintaining strategies that encompass the Finance Dept. To participate within the Strategic Management Team in forward planning and the effective daily organisation including business planning, policy setting, financial forecasting and strategic decision making. Periodic Monitoring of the budget. Financial Management: Effective Management and control of all capital and revenue budgets and effective management and control of the Management and Administration, Finance, Presented and Produced resources and budgets. To lead on the financial aspects of any strategic projects aimed at achieving growth of the organization To have an overview of the activities and budgets for each department to ensure the procedures laid down in the financial regulation are adhered to Monitor and control the quality and cost effectiveness of services provided by the departments to ensure high standards and value for money Maintain up to date records of departmental financial information Preparation of Balance Sheet and informing the team regarding the Progress the company Evaluation Phase analyse both external and internal factors that influence the restaurant business. Evaluate your competitors and analyse the factors that increase their business. Consider the economic conditions pertaining to the country and analyse the consistency of supplier and local government and other entities which will affect the Financial performance of the business.
