الوصف الوظيفي The HR & Admin Supervisor is responsible for the efficient delivery of Human Resources and Administration’s day to day operations in the Branch and ensures the compliance with the company policies & labor laws. He/She will advise the Management on HR related enquiries as well as ensures that the policies, procedures and regulations are followed in all HR and Administration activities. · Conducts induction / orientation program for all newly joined employees as per the company standards. · Monitors daily attendance & Overtime and makes sure that payroll is processed on time at the end of each month. · Responds to employees requests, suggestions & queries in a timely and professional manner, address their complaints, recommends solutions and make sure they have been handled properly. · Coordinates in the recruitment process and activities and maintains an up to date database of all employees and file management. · Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organize and comprehensive procedure in hiring. · Performs administrative services including activities in finance and IT but not limited in delegating work tasks, facilities, or staff services, discipline and conflict. · Executes strategic planning in determining the mission and directing all activities of multidisciplinary departments through subordinate management staff. · Participates in the hiring process and makes recommendation regarding all departmental personnel decisions including hiring, promoting and End of service process. · Ensures employees act in accordance with company policies and implement disciplinary action when necessary. · Prepare and submit monthly reports in order to assess and provide action plans to address the issues and other related concerns.
