الوصف الوظيفي · Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. · Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence. · Cultivate professional relationships with customers in order to retain them · Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team. · provide feedback and help them develop their skills; provide inputs on individual salesman performance to senior management and make recommendations for increments and promotions, if merited · Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. · Perform routine activities in accordance with agreed deadlines and standards and discharge any other task assigned by superiors in a timely and effective manner · Coordinate with personnel from Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Control, Company’s Clearing and Customs for timely release of the furniture products. · Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. · Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. · Comply with Quality Standards and Health & Safety procedures affecting self and others المهارات · Successful previous experience as a sales or showroom manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. · Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences. · Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. · Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. · Strong business sense and industry expertise. · Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/sales-manager-4201388/ |
