To develop the marketing strategies to enhance the company’s performance and to utilize the potential business opportunities in the local and regional markets, by coordinating with the different sales divisions and departments, further to promote the company’s brands and trade marks with enhancing its image for the customers and other stakeholders.
Job Tasks:
To set the Long & Short Terms Marketing plans of the Integrated marketing activities.
To set the different marketing plans for the company’s products and services.
To defined the targeted marketing and sales channels.
To develop a creative new marketing channels.
To coordinate with sales departments to ensure achieving the targets of the plans approved by the management.
To develop and set the marketing and advertising campaigns and the marketing support to sales departments.
To ensure that the sales departments are optimizing their performance to get the maximum utilization of the marketing campaigns and activities.
To develop the Electronic and Printed Marketing Materials with that used in the POS and the PowerPoint Presentations.
To enhance the company presence in the different channels of the media (Virtual,
Social, Googling .. etc.,) to promote the company’s products and services to the
potential customers.
To set creative plans to reach for new customers and to penetrate new markets.
To set the prediction plans to get the markets trends and the potential customers’ needs.
To set and execute the marketing research/studies mechanism to defined the potential new customers and new opportunities in the targeted markets.
To investigate the competitors’ activities in the same of the company’s business sectorsand fields, with defined the strengths and weaknesses.
Sites-Visits for POS and sales channels to ensure the effectiveness of the marketing activities.
To defined the errors and defaults in the sales teams’ performance, and to ensure of getting the customers feedback to solve any notices or mistakes in the quality of services or products.
To organize the company’s exhibitions, events and seminars with the marketing, advertising material and presentations.
To coordinate with the marketing agencies to execute the campaigns.
To maintain the existing customers/clients networks and developing new networks.
Regular Reports.
المهارات
Qualifications and Skills:
Not less than 3 Years in Senior-Level of Marketing Management.
The Knowledge of using CRM.
Microsoft Office Applications.
Analytical and Evaluation capabilities of the sales teams performance with solving
problems.
Negotiation Capabilities and Closing Deals.
Care about the Customers Satisfaction.
Dealing with multi-cultural and personalities of the sales teams’ members.
Terms and Conditions:
Bachelor’s Degree - not less than (Very Good) Grade.
Fluent English and Arabic.
The ability for travel in anytime.
