OPERATIONAL
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards, applicable laws and regulations
Liaise with the HoS on the development of project cost plans in order to provide clients with an estimate of construction costs (as and when required)
Review and prepare all incoming/outgoing correspondence on contractual matters
Attend meetings as and when required
Ensure that effective Minutes of Meetings are maintained in order to document discussions raised at meetings
Contribute to managing the health and safety of all on-site personnel (e.g. architects, engineers, construction workers etc.) by reporting any observed safety violations to the Resident Engineer/Head of Supervision and/or Safety Inspector (if available)
Provide technical assistance to the Resident Engineer/Head of Supervision as and when required
المهارات
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years experience in International Development.
Understand technical requirements in infrastructure, engineering, and development.
Fluent in French, Arabic, And English in speaking, reading, and writing.
knowledge of the inter-workings of international funding agencies such as but not limited to Kuwait Fund, Arab Fund, Islamic Bank, World Bank, etc.
EDUCATION/QUALIFCATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Engineering
