الوصف الوظيفي -Assesses training and development needs for organisations.by meeting with managers, talking with the team, or administering surveys. -Evaluates individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance. -Administer tests assessments after the completion of training courses to determine the effectiveness of training strategies for all departments: Marketing, Sales, Human resources, Operation and Tech Teams. -Helps individuals and groups develop skills, talents and knowledge the effectiveness of the workforce. -Creates training manuals to meet specific training needs and ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary. -Presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness, Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment. -Manages costs for all programmed, productions, and publications in order to report to organization executives. -Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods. -Understands the business operation and decision-making processes المهارات -Strategic Thinking and creative mindset. -Fantastic organizational and time management skills. -Strong decision-maker. - Critical thinking with innovative problem-solving skills. -Familiar with traditional and modern training processes تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/kuwait/jobs/training-manager-4255283/ |
