Manage all properties portfolio to ensure maximum revenue through effective planning and control and minimizing expenses
Accountabilities
Operations Management
Ensure implementation of cost control and revenue improvement measures to achieve maximum net operating income
Direct the development of annual operating budgets for presentation to the group management
Monitor and analyze operational information to identify trends and recommend remedial strategies
Communicate with third party owners to identify goals and requirements of clients
Revise strategies to maximize rental income while minimizing expenses through effective planning and control.
Personnel Management
Monitor performance of staff and identify areas for improvement through training, coaching or other motivational programs.
Perform various personnel functions including staffing, compensation recommendation and employee development
handling and oversee the daily operation of the department.
