Responsibilities:
Map out annual information security training plans for Head of Information Security Governance.
Ensure that the following Information security training and awareness activities are adequately performed as per the annual plan
Design and develop information security training and awareness programs
Familiarize and work with CLIENT training software/ platforms
Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development classes)
Market available trainings and awareness to CLIENT employees and provide necessary information about sessions
Conduct organization-wide information security training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of information security training on employee skills and KPIs
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Research and recommend new training methods
المهارات
Basic Qualifications:
Any bachelor degree
At least 6 years of experience in assisting IT Systems Development & Multimedia design
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher).
Excellent experience in creating multimedia content with advanced graphics software.
Good presentation & documentations skills.
Excellent Communication (verbal and written) skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Arabic language would be an advantage.
